Due to a number of factors damage wear and tear, excessive loading and ageing, all electrical installations deteriorate. By testing, existing faults can be identified and then corrected. Also any possible faults can be prevented emitting loss of electricity and down time.
The new Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) replaces the previous Periodic Inspection Report (PIR)
